HR Learning and Culture Consultant
A certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Nelandra has worked at the top levels of organizations in the areas of employee relations, health and wellness and organizational learning and development, which has influenced her work as a Human Resource Consultant and Coach. Nelandra has had the opportunity to provide services to a variety of private employers, non-profit organizations, educational and community groups throughout her professional career. As a Certified Job and Career Development Coach (JCDC) and Certified Hospitality Educator (CHE), she continues to assist individuals and organizations to maintain healthy relationships and productive work environments.
In her work with client organizations, Nelandra encourages professional growth through teaching essential leadership skills to include managing change, communication, resolving conflict, and Emotional Intelligence, and offers in-depth workshops on topics such as workstyle and personality assessments, diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging, and self-care strategies for professionals. She has worked in the field of Human Resources for over 25 years.
Nelandra is an adjunct instructor in the Couple & Family Therapy graduate program at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Medicine and instructs in the UNLV Department of Continuing Education. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, is certified as a Career Development and Transition Coach, a Certified Hospitality Educator, and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice in Henderson, NV.

Leadership Programs and Executive Retreats
